Mumbai is synonymous with Mayanagri or can say as “City Of Dreams”
I’ve always been fascinated with city of dreams. Bollywood is simply enchanting and that’s all.
Myself Aashiesh Paatil, an Indian Television Director have been born and bought up in Mumbai, got to learn the routes of the Bollywood industry by exploring it and prepared myself at age of 21 years to become professionally Television Director. My big dreams and consistent hardships came across the journey to the Cinematic world. To achieve the position of Television Director, I Aashiesh Paatil started my career at Rajshri Productions where I worked as part time Telephone Operator and attending college simultaneously. At my work place I started taking interest in activities such as Projector Machine, 7 Track , Film reel, Editing, Steen Back ,Movila etc.

I was inclined towards these creative ideas. It was certain beginning of passionate fondness & addiction to study about this field. I devoted myself to work place & started working in day shifts & night shifts.
On one fine day I stared operating Movila, the journey began then learnt about operating Steen Back, 7 track, Projector Machine, Editing also operated the sound system & went on & on……………
Mr. Rajkumar Bharjatya the owner of renowned “Rajshri Production” was one of the first person to recognize my existence. My involvement, active participation & hard work made him notice me and gave me chance to work under editing department. I learned editing professionally under the supervision of Mr. Pai. I dreamt of something that was interesting or important but at the same time was aware of fact, I shifted my focus to television. Opportune time arrived when I started my journey as Director after joining “Adhikari Brothers” I was 7th assistant with Mr. Gautam Adhikari who engrossed my presence & offered me my serial “Waqt Ki Raftaar” as director. Now time has come to step into something big, the show that changed the history of Indian Television was offered to me from “Balaji Telefilms”. “kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi” famous No.1 serial was forecasted on Star Plus channel, where everything was unusual, from heavy set and property to expensive Jewelry. The time came when the offers of various serials started to shower on me , I landed up with different stories, concepts which were liked by Indian audience . I valued the feelings of audience by taking care of Indian traditions, customs & rituals. My journey towards Indian television is unstoppable, looking forward to achieve more goals of my life…….
